With regard to the processing of personal data concerning you, you are entitled to the rights listed in the following chapters vis-à-vis us, subject to the legal requirements. Please contact our data protection officer. The contact details can be found in Chapter 6.

1. Right to information
Pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, you can request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed by us. In this case, according to Article 15 paragraph 1 GDPR, you have a right to information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom we have disclosed or will disclose the personal data, the planned storage period or The criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to correction or deletion of your personal data and to restriction of processing or objection to processing, the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, the origin of the data if we do not process your data have collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, in accordance with Article 15 (2) GDPR, the right to information about the appropriate guarantees in accordance with Article 46 GDPR in the context of the transfer of personal data to third countries.

2. Right to Rectification
Pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, you can request us to correct and/or complete your personal data immediately, taking into account the purposes of the processing, if your data is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Right to Erasure
According to Article 17 GDPR, you can demand the immediate deletion of your personal data from us if there is a reason according to Article 17 Paragraph 1 lit. af GDPR. However, the right to erasure of your personal data does not exist, in particular if their processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 17 paragraph 3 GDPR).

If we have made personal data public and we are obliged to delete them in accordance with Article 17 Paragraph 1 GDPR, we shall take appropriate measures, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs, to inform those responsible for data processing who process your personal data to inform you that you have requested us to delete all links to your personal data or copies or replications of your personal data.

4. Right to restriction of processing
You can request us to restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR, as long as we verify the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, if you refuse to delete your data due to unlawful processing and instead request that the use of your data be restricted if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have lodged an objection to the processing before it has been determined whether our legitimate reasons prevail.

5. Right to Information
In accordance with Article 19 GDPR, we inform all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of any correction or deletion of your personal data or a restriction of their processing in accordance with Articles 16, 17 paragraph 1 and 18 GDPR, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. According to Article 19 Sentence 2 GDPR, you have the right to be informed about these recipients upon request.

6. Right to data portability
In accordance with Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another person responsible, provided that the other requirements of Article 20 GDPR are met, in particular this is technically feasible.

7. Right to Object
If we base the processing of your personal data on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR. This is the case if the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, which is shown by us in the above description of the offers. If you exercise such an objection, we ask that you explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and, in accordance with Article 21 Paragraph 1 Clause 2 GDPR, will either no longer process the personal data or provide you with evidence of our compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms. Further processing is also reserved if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and profiling purposes in accordance with Article 21 Paragraph 2 GDPR at any time, insofar as it is related to direct advertising.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent
In accordance with Article 7 Paragraph 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke any data protection consent you may have given us at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place on the basis of your consent up to the time of revocation.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR. Please contact a supervisory authority in the Member State where you live, work or where the potential infringement occurred.

9. Updates or changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this data protection declaration at any time with effect for the future.

The use of your personal data is subject to the current version of the data protection regulations, which can be accessed via "Privacy Policy" on our website.
